Steiner School Bursary Scheme Opens to New Parents

The Edinburgh Steiner School, which operates a year round admissions policy, is now welcoming financial Bursary applications from new entrants for the session 2011-2012.

It has long been an ambition of the School that access to a Steiner education should not depend solely on the ability to pay fees. Financial assistance, up to a maximum of 40% of the fees, is therefore available for qualifying families. The School will also be running an Open Tour for prospective parents and pupils on Friday 3rd June 2011.  The tour will include visits to classes in action, the opportunity to meet existing teachers and pupils as well as the chance to ask questions. A separate meeting with the Bursar to discuss fee arrangements can also be scheduled.
