The Kings Play

Teachers and pupils from the Edinburgh Rudolf Steiner School will perform the last of their three traditional plays - The Kings Play - on Tuesday 27th January.  Suitable for children of 12 years and older, the play was performed for hundreds of years by residents of the small Austrian village of Oberufer.

The Kings play features the visit of the three wise kings as well as the murderous attempts of Herod. The play is among the most performed in the world and regularly features in Steiner Schools.
