With this Tuesday Notice you will receive a letter for a petition for the ELIANT alliance and its charter to secure legal safeguard for anthroposophic medicine, biodynamic (Demeter) foods, Waldorf education and other initiatives for applied anthroposophy. The ELIANT campaign is contributing to the European goal enshrined in the motto” United in Diversity”
You can sign a petition form in the Office.

AFRICAN APPEAL – 138 fully equipped back packs were sent on their way to Malawi with a bang on Friday night. Additionally £1450 was raised for Mary’s Meals – which could feed as many as 273 children with school dinner for a year!

PTA Meeting TODAY- Tuesday 4th March at 8 pm in the Eurythmy Room in Edinholme

HOCKEY CLUB - A Hockey club is due to start on Tuesday 4th March for classes 5, 6, and 7 from 3.30pm – 4.30pm. The club will be run by Struan Hope and Tai Vialva- Smith. The cost for twelve sessions between 4th March and the end of the Summer Term will be £30.
BACK-UP INVIGILATORS NEEDED for the forthcoming exams.
The School needs an army of back-up invigilators for the exams coming up in May and June. Fiona would like to hear from anyone who can help. Please contact her in the office on 0131 337 3410.
TESCO COMPUTER VOUCHERS for schools will run from 3rd March till 11th May.
Please bring your vouchers to the office where there is a collection box.
BIKE SALE – Saturday 15th March 20089.30am – 12pm
Just in time for upcoming biking season. Needed: bikes (children’s and Adult’s), scooters, tricycles, tag-a-longs, bike seats, bike equipment. Pease bring in on Friday 14th March 7pm – 8.30pm or Saturday 15th March 8.30am – 9.30am. 20% of the sales are fundraised for the school. The money raised last year bought high visibility vests for the kindergarten outings.
Bike maintenance will be offered on site and will go ahead whatever the weather! Volunteers still needed, please contact Sonia on 466 1683.
CRAFT STALL
On the last Friday Market (14th March) of this term there will be a Craft Stall to help raise funds for the new extension at Garvald Home Farm.
